All products are of our own design and are packaged and distributed carefully. Photographs are taken before, during and after packaging. We send packages out DPD signed for delivery. If a product has been purchased incorrectly,
such as a wrong size the product can be returned if there is no wear and is within 2 days of the delivery date. We do not give refunds on open merchandise. Any refund requests must be done via email not through our chat box this will receive a response within 48 hours with instructions on how to return the product.
Privacy & Safety
No customer information is held on file, sold or distributed. Invoice of purchase are kept for records only. Address details, banking information etc, is destroyed 48 hours after Order/Postal or Refund Payment has been made. Privacy is key and we stay in line with the Data Protection Act. Only information that is kept on our online system is email addresses signed up to our mailing list only. We do not purchase data from other companies.
